Ever wanted to have Alladin’s magical carpet for yourself? Well this one doesn’t fly, but it very much looks as if it was just about to take off. In collaboration with artist Jan Blythe, Cypriot Interior designer Stelios Moussaris just recently created the Carpet Chair, made from a fine selection of Persian carpets and styles. Every carpet is handmade, utilizing steel reinforcements to appear as if it was floating gracefully above the ground.
