I am falling in love, over and over again. It’s been a while now since they’re on the market, and still I can’t keep my eyes of them. H0les Eyewear, created by Pam Tietze, interdisciplinary artist, creative director, filmmaker, and designer based in Brooklyn, NY. Her eyewear is made of high-quality, kaleidoscopic prismatic glass and bridges the gap between art and fashion. Her glasses seemingly transforms our surroundings into experiential, psychedilic art. Pam Tietze came up with the idea when wandering into a lighting store in NYC’s midtown, playing with the crystals of a chanderlier. She walked around the store looking through the crystals laughing and inspired by the effects they had upon her journey. That’s when she started experimenting with crystals for the purpose of creating eyewear with them. “At that point I wasn’t sure if anyone else would be as amused with them as I was. It was just for my personal fun and curiosity” Tietze explains. Turn your surroundings into a psychedelic dream and get her glasses on www.h0les.com.
